Fast and efficient service. I was in and out, including filling out paperwork and getting the x-ray in 15 minutes. They do slightly lower their rates for the uninsured but unfortunately do not offer sliding-scale options for those in need.
The receptionist at the front desk, while not rude, was unfriendly and not very pleasant when greeting me. If I was there for something serious other than a routine mammogram her uncaring attitude would not make me feel at ease. I was a walk-in for some x-rays and the process was pretty smooth. The front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful. The wait was a little long, but that was apparently due to a problem with the equipment. Once fixed, everything went smoothly and the x-ray technician did a superb job.

I’ve been going to Reno Diagnostic Center for all my imaging for a year or more. All staff are friendly and professional. Appointments are always check in easy and called in for scans done promptly. I will always choose either location for any imaging I need in the future.
Reno Diagnostic Center has a great staff, state of the art radiographic equipment, and a convenient location. I have had an MRI and Mammogram there and highly recommend this facility.
I had 3 appointments scheduled one after the other. While I was in the first two my name was called for the third. My husband told them where I was and they took him in for his and then me when I was available. We were home before his appointment was even originally scheduled. They couldn’t have been any better.

Love the medical staff. They were over the top professional and amazing. But watch yourself with billing. They charged me for procedure (not an issue) which I owed nothing for. Contacted my insurance company and they are reason I’m getting my refund. Make sure you watch your claims and such with them.

Absolutely awesome customer service. Checked in ten minutes before my appointment, and I was having a ct scan 7 minutes later. Their staff is super friendly and efficient, and their facility is very convenient for anyone with a gimpy leg. No parking garage, just park and walk into a building 25 feet away. Huge thumbs up.
