She quickly assessed the problem and found parts to fix his machine and explained how he could get set up for ongoing care. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and caring. We highly recommend Resource Medical Group.

  12. My sister has an electric Oxygen tank. It sounds like it’s going to take off. Anyhow, they said it has to break down all the way before they replace it. She won’t have oxygen if it breaks down because the portable one doesn’t have enough of oxygen in it. This is totally unacceptable!

  18. Don’t bother calling. The only way to actually get something resolved is to fill out the forms on their website. They have no way of tracking or seeing past phone calls. On the other hand, the man that came to pick the equipment up was friendly and it was a smooth process.
