Desk employees are very curt; cold and unpleasant. Seems like this place tries to see more patients than what they are capable of. A wait of an hour + (every time) just to have your name called to go back to another room is unacceptable. My mom really likes Dr. Antworth though – only reason we don’t go somewhere else.
I’ve been there and for emergencies and routine visits. Upfront staff, techs, and Nurses have all been courteous and knowledgeable. All the Doctors are top notch and well versed in my particular problems and concerns
Dr. Hall is outstanding. Very thorough and explains things in layman’s terms. Never had a problem with any of the techs or office staff. Everyone is efficient, friendly and except for the normal time for dilation, I’ve never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time. Would highly recommend this practice for any major eye concerns.
