  1. I love the employees here. They are always in a good mood and very friendly. The only con is how long it takes in the drive through at times but hey that’s not entirely their fault.

  2. Kelli at the Summerville location is absolutely fantastic! She knows her stuff. She is very informative and let’s me know what exactly what is going on so no surprises! Definitely recommend her and this location!

  4. This location is amazing. They are all smiles when you walk in. The staff is personable and always willing to help. Love their new name and I am excited to see what REV has in the future.

  5. We have been members since we moved to SC in 2009. I love the staff. They have always been efficient and very helpful. My only issue is there are so many new employees.

  6. Literally the worst credit union ever! Would not ever recommened to anyone!!! I can not make a simple car payment over the phone, through the drive thru, or online. If I could I would give negative stars.

  7. It would be nice if I could pay my car payment some way without having at least a $15 fee added to it. The only way I can avoid that is going to the bank every time and writing a check.

  8. You can never get anyone to answer a phone call, you have to leave a face book message to get a phone call returned. Terrible customer service. Most of the old timers are gone.

  9. Don’t bank with these guys! They will make constant changes to your online accounts for security reasons and this ruins the user experience. Go with a bigger credit union. These guys won’t even apologize for their actions. Shameful.

I have a unique issue in that my dad has a bmw that I no longer own, and I do understand he hasn’t paid them off and is one payment behind but they went so far as to CALLING RANDOM NEIGHBORS of mine about a 400 dollar payment. The will be paid in full on Monday and I will be sure to CLOSE my small savings account promptly.
