I agree with the last reviewer… Good initial install, and for a few years they even offered good support… Lately, I have no way of getting a hold of them… And have tried to go through their sales department…No luck…
RGS was spot on with their estimates of my solar production and energy credits! Professional installation. Very satisfied! Have recommended them to others.
I got a error on my system 2 weeks ago. So I tried to call RGS Engery to talk to them about it. I have tried to call them for the last 2 weeks with no answer. I have left a message on the voice mail 4 times and never got a call back. If you are going to install solar DO NOT USE THEM. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!

It has been 18 months. So far, so good. Although the installation date was delayed a few times, over all experience went pretty smooth. $aving is great. By this rate, this will paid itself in 5 – 6 years. Most of all, you’re doing something good for everybody and for Mother Earth. It’s a win win.
