Bad customer service. They charge late fees even if I’m not late on payment. I call, they apologize and promise to fix it but they never do instead the following month I got charged another late fee.
New policy is to call and harass people for mortgage payment before payment is even late!! I have been late once in ten years and I am getting monthly calls asking when I will pay. I am calling and complaining.
I have no idea how they have been in business for so long. Maybe cause RI is ran on old mob tendencies that’s why!! They are the worse never help their customers don’t return any calls. I think it’s time for channel 10 to do a undercover investigation on this place !!!
