Receptionist was rude and her along with her supervisor do not know the referral process.
Left on hold for over an hour. This was from 2-3 pm, well within their office hours. The phone continued to ring with an automated voice asking me to stay on the line. I finally gave up. I don’t want to visit a clinic that doesn’t care about their patients enough to even answer the phone.
Have never had a bad experience here. Dr. Gelber is PHENOMENAL as well as the rest of the doctors and nurses.
The service is great. Front desk and nursing staff are friendly and knowledgeable. When we have a scheduling conflict it is not a problem to work things out. I recommend this place to everyone I know

An astonishingly rude receptionist when I attempted to make an appointment. If the person answering the telephone is so rude, it makes one wonder about the ethos and ethics of the practice.

Absolutely terrible place. I worked here. Everyone always has an attitude and will even give patients attitudes on the phone!! The doctors are all wonderful, just really wish staff weren’t rude and management was better. Could be a really nice place.

The negative reviews of this place are correct. I tried to sign up my son and myself for appointments on the same day, but they said that was not allowed. I’m not taking off work for multiple days just to appease this office’s unrealistic scheduling. Avoid this practice and go elsewhere.
