This is the worse place for a patient to go, the appointments are not consistent and the assistant gave me the wrong information. I hope they close up because medicine is a serious field, things like this get people killed.
I had a 15 minute appointment that resulted in a $275 bill. I spoke with a nurse for about 10 minutes, then the doctor for 2 or 3 minutes. They didn’t actually do anything. I called the office twice for an explanation of the bill and they could not explain what I was being billed for, only that it was a consultation fee.
Doctor was wonderful however staff is horrible. Scheduling Dept was unorganized, nurses do not return calls after leaving numerous messages, office is completely disfunctional. Very dissapponted.
Dr. Brand and his staff are awesome. I’ve had two Colonoscopy’s by him, several family and friends have had one done by him and we all agree he’s the best. I highly recommend him and his staff for this procedure.
Trying to schedule an appointment is almost impossible. They switch you to hold, someone picks up and without saying anything they put you back on hold. I have a referal so I am kind of stuck with them, I wish there was another Gastro clinic in our area.

However, the staff was friendly. Dr Kumar asked probing questions, listened, took notes. Actually told me what he thinks the problem is and steps to resolving my ongoing issues. Hopefully this will stop my constant unbearable pain!
I always receive the most prompt responses whether through the portal or in person. Both Christine Robinson and Dr. Edelman give the best care I have received by any gastroenterology group I have been treated by. I have total confidence in them.
Was really impressed with Dr Engleman initially. However, recently had an emergency and was unable to get an appointment. Ended up in the ER. Today got a call rescheduling a long time scheduled appointment. I am not happy with the staff there. Staff is rude and uncaring.

I appreciated Dr. Edelman taking time to explain to me the treatment that was available for my diagnosis. I optioned to have the bloodwork done so we would know if we needed to do any further treatment. A piece of mind means a lot when it comes to your health. Thanks to the entire staff.
Dr Edelman has consistently demonstrated her knowledge & patient skills at each visit. She’s a great diagnosing & forming treatment options. Her direct support staff – actually all her office staff are amazing. When I’ve called for some type of assistance, staff act promptly & efficiently. A well run practice!!!!
