Billing is suspect. Customer/patient responsiveness low. Unfairness and stonewalling. Clinic refused to give detailed, unbundled coded statements, upon request. While we liked the professional services, attentiveness, and care, be wary of extra fees and charges. Customer resolution center for Burnsville is in the state of Indiana.

We had our 11 month old have surgery here with pediatric surgical associates, and it was a good experience. Wasn’t super accommading for small children (just a small room with curtain) but we didn’t need much. If you child is older probably best to do it at children’s hospital vs here.
Nurses and staff were great. The cost of going over allowed pre paid surgery time in the surgery center is outrageous. Because my surgeon had a hard time stopping me from bleeding I am being charged hundreds of dollars for 36 extra minutes …
