They are friendly from when they greet you all the way to when you check out. Dr. Shedd is very attentive and listens and addresses every concern which is rare among doctors.

Awesome staff, Dr Thomson is amazing. It’s never comfortable going to the Doctor, but this place makes it so much easier.
From check in, to the nurses, to the PAs, to the Doctors, to check out, this place is awesome.
It’s been a good experience overall, even with a few hitches in billing, but that got solved after some readjustments and explanations. The doctor I see over there has kept me in good health, something I cannot say for most of the previous doctors at other clinics I’ve been to over the years.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Shedd since I was 18 years old. She is a terrific doctor and really takes the time to listen and address your health concerns. She is also very quick to respond through the health portal which is great!
