The doctors don’t care about the patients. If you need a medication change you have to refuse to leave the office, before they finally hear you telling them to change your medicine. The case managers don’t give a damn. I am going to Helen Ross McNabb because of ridgeview’s poor additude.
I found them to be professional. They helped me with insurance and I had a great therapist who is also a black woman. This was very important to me because I am also a black woman. Give them a try.

I’m sorry but the wait was very long! I waited 2 hours just to sign a paper, and waited about 3 hours to have a 10 minute talk with a person. I understand if they were busy, but there wasn’t that much people there if I’m being honest. It was months till they finally got back with me, but other than that the staff seemed very kind!
I cannot rate this company high enough. I appreciate their integrity, honesty and willingness to help all. As a former employee, I met some of the most amazing people here who genuinely care for their community. I enjoyed the community …
My time here wasn’t anywhere near as bad as most of these other comments. They made sure all our needs were met, and checked on us very often, and did a lot of group sessions, I’ve connected with and became very close with fellow patients. If/when ever i have another episode I would definitely hope I’d be going to ridge view

This place is for the mentally unstable, or a chemical imbalance my problem is that there is only one psychiatrist Dr and she thinks she knows your body when infact she don’t. They can’t keep employees so I would not recommend this place to no one. Go to Knoxville if you can.
