Way to long of a wait to get an appointment and to long of a wait in the waiting room for mediocre dental work.
Surgery was quick and easy but lady’s that answer the phone for questions on billing and insurance is very rude and lacks people skills

Still working on getting a refund now in December 2021 when I made the payment in April 2021. The staff can’t even figure out how to refund me. Every conversation I have with with the billing department they have an excuse as to why that can’t issue the refund.
They wanted me here at 7:45 so we did then we waited 20 minutes before they opened the doors and when we got in they had to cancel because both of their doctors were out. I had to take the whole week off and now I’m not even getting my wisdom teeth removed.

Always get my teeth removed here, so fast and easy. Only two dry sockets in 5 teeth and it was probably my fault for wearing CPAP. Had a recent complication which has caused a tooth to hurt for weeks after extraction so I’m lowering the review to a 3 for now.
