  5. Although this clinic saw my husband in an appropriate amount of time and did prescribe the medications he required, they also placed in his chart that he was NON-COMPLIANT with his medications regimen. This could not be further from the …

  6. Sadly, if you have a legal medical prescription for cannabis they will charge you for a drug test every time and refer to you as a cannabis abuser and chemically dependent. This will also apparently disqualify you for every single mental …

  7. 220 plus dollars for a first time visit to establish care in this area.. wow,. supposed to be the cheapest. that’s double what i’ve paid in the past. will not ever go back. asked them to destroy my consent for treatment. ran lab tests that were completely irrelevant. had a seperate bill for that. just nuts.

  8. Horrible I applied for a position that was posted for 6 months and when I got scheduled for a phone interview they didn’t call on the scheduled date. When I tried to follow up to find out what was going on they never replied back! Then …

  9. I have been going to the Doctors here since 2013. I am so thankful that they are in Billings. I will never go to the other clinics in Billings again. They treat you like a human, not a number or just another person to charge the heck out of …

  10. When I call to make an appointment, they state theres no openings. I’m told to come to walk in. When I come to walk in I am treated like I’m wasting their time. Checked in at 2 pm. Triage nurse did my vitals and made sure I knew theres …

  11. Riverstone Dental must be pretty hard up for money. Why would you take an appointment that you know you can’t provide treatment for unless you fully intended on just getting the $56 dollars for providing no service. When i made the …

  12. Been trying to call for 30 minutes to make an appointment today for my son, unfortunately no one has taken off the after hours recording, so off to the ER I go for a simple thing. I guess if you want to keep it slow and calm just never pick up the phone. Boo to Riverstone Clinic shame on you and your automated phone system.

  13. horrible I hated going there they made life worse by giving meds that made symptoms worse I was on financial aid and they still garnished my wages at my job I can barely make it as is let alone take half my paychecks either go to billings clinic or pretty much anywhere else you won’t get the help you need here.

  14. I needed to see a doctor while visiting Billings and I had a very positive experience here. The nurses were friendly and caring and the PA I saw was absolutely brilliant. I appreciated how quick and organized everything was and I was impressed with the personable approach.

  15. I am a patient of Riverstone Dental Clinic and really love it. Not only have they provided my husband and me with exceptional, thoughtful and compassionate care – ALWAYS – but the staff are GREAT. They are very friendly and helpful to …

  16. If you need medical help of any kind start at RiverStone, if they can’t help you they will send you to the place that can.

  17. Was diagnosed type 1 diabetic late onset in my 30’s last fall. Had to move back to MT to be around family while I got this all sorted out. I had NO insurance. Thought I would be financially ruined after insulin and dr visits every week. …

  18. All reception area staff are always so kind, patient and compassionate every time I come for my appointments. My GP doctor and his entire team here, are truly amazing. Throughout the 6 years of being their patient, I have always been …

  19. I’ve been using Riverstone since I moved here 12 yrs ago and they continue to advance and improve their standards. The new building offers up many services right there, so folks don’t have to go to several different places, which is beneficial for the lower income individuals needing them.

  20. I have been a Riverstone patient for years,I really like my Doctor, and the dental center is great,I had bad dental fear,I don’t anymore, the Dentist dud such a good job with a problem tooth, and I felt nothing.

  21. They do pretty good. I’ve got horrible anxiety and the fact that the doctors are on a 2yr residency rotation is stressful for me but they take medicaid and that’s all the insurance I have

  22. Physicians using Google to diagnose, then refer you to a specialist. Seem to be nothing more than a door keeper. Just because they are a doctor doesn’t mean they automatically know how to use Google better than the patients. Nice and friendly though.

  23. I can’t say enough good things about how knowledgeable and caring the providers are at RiverStone Health. Dr. Ali Brock really listens and I respect the way she discusses things and helps me come to the best decisions for my situation.

  24. I was the only Native American Indian there at the time. I did not feel or get discriminated because of my color and that was a big plus for me. Thank you for your services. God bless your.

  25. I have never had such a bad experience with a primary care provider. They refused to write a referral and instead pushed a program within the practice. It has taken roughly 5 weeks to get an rx and I’m still waiting. The most frustrating experience I’ve ever had.

  26. The only thing I really don’t like about Riverstone is that the medical staff are always rotating and leaving. You have to keep staring over with someone new. Makes it hard to develop a relationship with your Dr. Everyone is nice here, though, and they care.

  27. Naomi Kehan (PA.) is a wonderful person, professional, kind and helpful. She deserves all the praise in the world. I have never been treated so kindly by anyone in the medical field. I’m currently at an alternative corrections facility and …
