Excellent radio, video, alarm, an Internet service. They have changed a lot of stuff in the way billing and service is done. The front office is closed. You have to pay your bill online for the time being. It is still the same as of now. Hopefully soon to be better and easier.
4/15/2016. The customer service team member was not able to answer basic information: minimum download & upload speed, is service available at my address or minimum guaranteed rate.
Service is getting ridiculous. A sprinkle of rain can cause a tower to go down. No technical support on the weekend other than someone to put in a work order.
Called in a service call Saturday for my internet service that I’ve had for at least 5 years. Was told it would be at least a week before they can come out. Will be switching services soon.
We heard about Hamlet from our rural neighbors. The installation, service, support, was outstanding. The price was a bargain. Just recommended to new friends.
Service has been getting slower and slower. Was told to boost my router. Went and bought a whole new router. A much bigger one. Didn’t help any. Now they are increasing the price $10 a month. Price keeps going up but my service doesn’t get any better.
We been on a waiting list for almost 7 months. I never in my life seen people conduct business the way they do and they came highly recommended. I’m not gonna continue calling them only to hear yes your still on the waiting list or we don’t no when we’re coming to hamer again.
Always had great internet service. Any time there was a problem, the team was out to fix the issue very quickly. Every time I’ve ever called, whether it be to pay my bill or just ask a question about my service, the customer service has been amazing. I highly recommend this company.

Had an alarm system installed for my folks, I’m out of state any, and any time we’ve had a problem, it’s always been delt with promptly and professionally. Nothing but praise so far. Thank’s for the superior service to the whole company. Tom McGee

Service has gotten terrible over the last few years.

Horrible internet service, and the customer service isn’t much better. That’s if you can actually reach someone.
