Customer service is very poor being an African American when ever I enter the bank there would be 2-3 Caucasian clerks available but would make me wait for one of the Latino clerks to get any service there’s just many online options for banking nowadays one does not have to accept mediocre service.

Just opened a new account here and the man we worked with was kind, helpful and informative. The online banking system seems user friendly also. Inside the branch was clean and we were assisted promptly!
Great bank. The tellers are very kind and willing to explain what may confuse you. Glad to have riverworks as my Credit Union. The place got remodeled last year and it looks great now. I hadn’t seen it prior, just opened an account during the construction but the final result is gorgeous.
