If you want internet that actually works, I suggest you keep looking.
You’ll be lucky to get half the speeds they promise. Even luckier if you’re able to maintain 1/10th of those speeds for more than a few minutes at a time. If you have any other option, go with that. It can’t be worse.

I’ve been a customer for 15 years and the service gets worse every year. They used to have great customer service but now your lucky if they answer the phone or call you back like they promise. On a positive note, the technicians that come out are always friendly.
