Had them for over 2 years without problem. Recently they drove by our house, picked up all the neighbors trash but left ours. Called to ask for a pickup, was told they’d be back in 2 days but never came by. Prices have gone up after being bought out by a bigger company (Waste Connections). Switching to a local company.

They need to teach the drivers how to drive and to actually work. I watched them one day and the driver was making the one guy do all the work! In placitas! Also whoever the guy is in the white GMC truck needs put the phone down and pay attention to the road.

Barbara is incompetent and beyond disrespectful. Find a local that can pick up your trash and do runs for you. The service and customer service is horrible. They definitely need some comprehension skills and need to figure out how to talk to people and handle situations. Check yourself before you wreck yourself ho.
Road Runner is excellent! I called and ordered a container and toilet and to my satisfaction was given same day delivery on both the container and toilet for no extra cost on top of an already good deal. I recommend their services and will be using them in the future!
I was given wrong information regarding renting a dumpster. Called and the staff were unwilling to work with me due to their own wrong pricing I was basically told to get lost with a smile on her face. Would not recommend doing business with them there are other places to rent from with better pricing.
I miss Waste Management! They picked up my trash and recycling without a hitch. Road Runner habitually leaves my recycling and occasionally trash. I call to complain and get the run-around. Why my town switched to this company I’ll never know.
