the lab lady with the blonde hair is not good for the hospital she is rude as hell. and went on and on about just wanting a drink of water. she was rude as hell to me and talked to my husband like he was dumb.
Dr. Maria Kessell’ her office staff and lab technician are all friendly and efficient. They take the time to give you the attention and information you need. I am very pleased with the level of care i recieved.
My mother who lives in Spencer has Dr Christiansen as a family doctor and he will Not see her till December or January that’s bull! She has been a patient of his for a while and she has health issues and she needs a doctor who actually cares. I wouldn’t even give him a star,but it won’t rate any lower.
If I could go lower on the rating scale I would. My daughter went to the ER bleeding profusely from a previous surgery. They put her in a room and just left us there for over 3 hours and didn’t let us know what was going on or anything. Had to go out and ask and one of the nurses was very rude to me about it. Never will go there again.

My mother had to go to the emergency room twice recently with life threatening health problems. Both times the ER staff were excellent to work with. Follow up care with the cardiac staff has been excellent as well. We feel fortunate to have a hospital like this in a rural location.

Since I have been going there for the past 5 yrs., not one time have I had a bad experience with the staff or physicians. They have always made me feel like family and that u was very important, especially Dr. Bowman and Ginger
