Constantly charging fees they shouldn’t, getting false judgements even repoed my car when every payment was made on time. They are crooks.
Their mobile banking app have a lot to be desired even though usually when I go to the Branch (especally The one in Salem) They treat me well
Absolute worst bank I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is horrible. Waiting two weeks now for a return phone call. Take your business somewhere else. This is it for me.
