Whoever the lady was that was sitting at the front desk in front of the doors is very rude. The older couple didn’t understand what was going on and she had a very bad attitude.
I called today to apply for a car loan. The women I talked to seemed very uninterested and talked to me like a child. I guess the amount I was asking for wasn’t enough for good customer service.
My husband and I received great customer service and never felt confused about anything. …everything was explained in detailed and their rates are awesome! !!

This bank operates in the 1950s and their online banking needs some serious upgrading. They should focus on the online banking before building more branches. There is literally no benefit in having my money there.
Just awful why even have a phone number????? And also why make me get a new card and then not have me set up a new pin number when my old one doesn’t work anymore? Better yet let’s freeze his card for trying to use the old pin number because we never gave him a new one. GARBAGE
