  1. Dunno what all these other people are complaining about. I’ve just moved out of my apartment of 4 years and never had a single issue with billing or power.

  2. Made a mistake and then tried to say we “misunderstood”. No, I understand perfectly that RPU made a mistake. Staff has the personality of unseasoned potatoes. Starchy and bland.

  3. I waited for a very long time on hold to speak with a customer service rep, and ended up hanging up. When I called back at 5:30, you can only report emergencies. Never had a good experience dealing with them.

  12. Lynnette was so kind and answered all my questions. After we hung up the phone she went in and fixed some issues with my account then emailed me after to tell me everything was ready and working. I really appreciate her taking time to fix silly issues without making it sound like a nuisance.
