Waited over an hour for a covid test for my daughter. The nurse who did the test was incredibly rude and treated us like we were a burden. She had absolutely no bedside manner and was so rough with my daughter ultimately making her cry. I will never ever go here again.
I couldn’t ask for a better experience for such an important surgery. My Neurosurgeon, the hospital staff, and nurses were incredibly respectful, professional, and awesome really. My wife, a nurse, had the same feelings as well. Good Job RGH! ~Carmen
