I thought my first appointment went well. But when I called after the first appointment I could not get anybody to call me back to schedule another one!

Dr. Coates is hands down best dermatologist and MOHs surgeon in and around the Rockford area. It’s refreshing to have a Dr. that sees patients as people and not a number. Definitely will recommend to family & friends!

It kinda sucks because doctors are there to make you feel safe and secure and are suppose to be reliable but this establishment doesn’t seem to prioritize those qualities. This is one of the worst Physician I have ever had the pleasure to meet. The only nice employee was the receptionist. If you want a dictator for healthcare she’s your MD. No caring or compassion for humans. She’s the boss and it’s because she said so. Worst experience even. Rockford skin MD IS THE ONLY WAY TO GO
