Could be the worst banking institution ever. They have no communication and when you actually talk to someone they cannot get their stories and excuses to coordinate. Awful experience. Also their policies are for the 1800ās. Bank is a joke
This is not only my favorite credit Union it’s also my favorite location for this particular credit Union. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and I rarely have to wait in line. I also use the ATM and that also is usually available in a prompt manner.
I’ve had the worse experience with this branch regarding an unauthorized hard credit inquiry made by them & showed on my credit report. Since July (over 2 months) I’ve been going back & forth with the Collections Dept. at this bank to have ā¦
Rockland Federal Credit Union is the best bank to do business with south of Boston. My daughter recommended it to my wife and l and we are so grateful. They have courteous personnel and their banking privileges are above reproach.

I couldn’t have had a worse experience with Rockland Federal. If you want a bank set in the Stone Age that makes you print, fill out, sign and return forms to get setup on Autopay, then loses the forms and doesn’t each back out before ā¦

This bank is horrible I fell behind on my auto loan when I got sick the loan is for over 30k and I only owe 4k and they refused my partial payment and jumped to take my car. They are horrible people
Will freeze your accounts for 3+ days causing endless overdrafts if your BILLPAY gets screwed -up. Complete unwillingness on the behalf of RFCU customer service to correct this issue, rather blaming it on their vendors that service their ā¦
Wish the car dealership would have informed me that Iād be making my lease payments to these guys and not CU LEASING CORP then I could have researched to see how idiotic they are. Been getting harassed for 8 months now for a picture ticket ā¦
If you call customer service and speak with a woman named Ella. Hang up or ask to speak with someone else. She is SO rude and is zero help and literally argues with you. My mind is blown by the customer service. I had the unfortunate ā¦
