This place is a family! Great cozy place.
Very difficult to accommodate dietary restrictions.
Some of the people are good and a few are very Disrespectful
Don’t go to work there, I have no words to describe…
Cottage absolutely describes this place. Super cute and staff is very helpful.
Great company with a focus on quality care. This building has been remodeled inside and is very nice.
One of the best places I have worked as a nurse with a staffing agency. Staff is kind and diligent!
I absolutely love Rocky Mountain. I have had experience with the Hunter hollow location and the Cottage on Vine location. The staff has been very friendly. I highly recommend this place.
I have a loved one at “The Cottage” He is unable to use the phone on his own. After talking with the staff I am able to talk to him weekly…Thank you for your efforts.
Spent 4 days here waiting to get into another Rocky Mountain Facility here in the valley. …
After the lack of care our loved one receive she almost died because of neglect, thankfully a family member was able to get her to the hospital in time to save her life. Please don’t trust your love ones to these non-professional care givers
My company did some plumbing work for this place in February, and we still have not been paid. I have placed dozens of calls all of them have gone unreturned. Very unprofessional. A company that doesn’t pay it’s bills should not be trusted.
I have had my grandmother here for four months and I and grandmother have no complants, she has three awsome meals daily, and the care is very good, grandma says the care center help has never raised there voices at the patrols, and they care for her very well. 5 stars for sure!!!!
I have tried since the end of October when a friend was discharged to get help with disability. I spoke with Pam prior to her discharge to ask for her assistance with the process. She said she would get the information needed. I called and …
This place refused to immediatly call an ambulance for my Grandmother who according to the ER nurse would have died within two days for the severe neglect on the part of this nursing home. They would rather sedate their patients thank help them. No human deserves to be treated this way especially a 86 year old helpless demetia patient.
It is a comfort to know that my mother is in a place run by such caring and compassionate staff members. It was nice to finally meet everybody that had been so helpful while I was managing her care from another state. The facility is clean and well organized. A great choice.
This used to be a good care center but for the last month it gotten so bad I’m sad for patients. There are no stable nursing staff it a difference nurse ever day. I would not recommend this place to any one patients lives are at risk …
I absolutely loved working there. The residents are what make a nursing facility amazing and the residents were great to work with. The other CNAs are very good at their job, I’ve worked at places where the CNAs did not seem to care for …
I would give -5 stars if I could. My grandmother was transferred there from their Hunter Hollow location, and in less than a week we had to remove her ourselves from the facility (they wouldn’t do it since they did not have auth from a …
This facility really puts a new perspective on where I woukd take my loved ones. It doesn’t deserve any stars! I’m truly disgusted at the staff and the director’s! The Doctor and her RN need a new job! They are never their, nor do they see …
If there was a letter score, I would give this place an “F”‘ Most of the CNA’s were helpful but they were so overworked that they could provide the care, they wished to. I was there for one week and never got a shower, the doctor never …
The first thing I noticed when my wife was admitted to Rocky Mountain Care-Cottage on Vine after her stroke was the cleanliness of the facility and patient rooms. Next as we became familiar with the staff and GREAT nurses, we experienced a …
The current 5 star ratings are being manufactured. The administration offered $10 gift cards to employees to post positive reviews. The facility is small and everyone knows each other and the stories are not true. The facility has seen good …
My wife (Helen) has been a residence at the Cottage on Vine for over ten (10) months and has received excellent care. I would recommend this facility to anyone that needs excellent care. The Nurses and CNA are the best. They often go “above …
I apologize in advance for the length of this review but I have included some tips that I learned through five years of nursing homes and hospitals. I highly recommend checking out Rocky Mountain but also suggest you visit multiple …
It is so difficult to know how to rate Rocky Mountain on Vine. My 97 year old father was for there for 24 hours for rehab after hip replacement. The building is grim – tiny rooms with two people per room and beds placed so it felt like …
My mom, Marie, has only been there for a couple of months but I must say that I am beyond pleased with the care she is receiving. The social worker, Pam, is a dream. She goes above and beyond and really took time to talk to and get to …
The place is understaffed. Took 3 days to fix the TV in my grandmothers room. She had pink eye and we complained several times, but nothing was done. She was at high risk for a fall, but they don’t offer beds with rails. The pictures on …
This place dose not deserve any stars. They provided the littlest amount of care they could. I have so many complaints I ought to file them to the health department as I have been advised to do. The director pushed all of our complaints …
My mom is blind. My mom was moved her for rehab. When she was transferred the nurse put her in her bed didn’t show her where the call button was or give her a walker to get to the bathroom. When I got there the nurse said she has been …
this place to say the least is horrible, my 91 year old fathers clothes have all gone missing, they have him in someone elses underwear, his roomate smells so bad every time i visit i get physically sick, the admin could care less, if my …
My 70-year old mother is happy here. That speaks to the care, attention, and overall treatment she is receiving and experiencing from the good folks at Rocky Mountain Care (Cottage on Vine). With her three busy adult sons who live …
The only reason I can see for this place getting more than 1star us the review must be given by a shareholder. The word ‘care’ shouldn’t even be in their name. The only concern they have is your funding. Trying to encourage the the sick& …
