So every time I want to fill a medication I have to call my case manager and have her over ride it and it take up to six hours.   11. Customer service is knowledgeable and helpful. Case Management is friendly and available for questions. Rocky Mtn Health Plans paid a huge hospital stay, ambulance, specialty visits, etc and I had no problems, no headaches and I’m very grateful how smooth the billing and approvals went. Thank you.
