I spoke with a lady in the billing department and she was so helpful, Rhonda i think her name was. I’m so glad to be a patient here, they genuinely care about you.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Do not go here! Very unprofessional. They made an elder family friend suffer through trying to get picc line in, blew multiple veins, blew more veins with TRYING for an IV, they were not experienced at all. I have 6+ years of experience in hospitals across the US, this place is a JOKE!
Patient sought Dr visit at this facility for minor skin infection which ultimately required a simple Rx to resolve – however, spanning several weeks the facility refused to render treatment – the facility refused to communicate reasoning – …
Rocky Mtn Infectious Disease Specialists at 1550 S Potomac St Ste 270 Aurora, CO is in my opinion the most unorganized, antiquated , office I have ever been to. 90% of all office visits consist of me showing up on time, then waiting at …
Dr. Elliot or Ellison? He’s horrible. They do not care about you whatsoever. Do not go here. I had major issues getting my IV to stay in place and ended up not being able to get any of the medicine I NEED. He said on the phone after I …
Absolute garbage care, my nurse changed a PICC line dressing and kinked the line, didn’t bother to flush it after to check it was working properly, so I had to go elsewhere the next day to get it fixed and working. DO NOT GO HERE!
The nurses are fantastic. They have 24/7 emergency nurse support which is fantastic as well. Dr. Kroll is a great doctor. I just wish she wasn’t in such a hurry all the time. I get the impression she over books. The Aurora office is a bit antiquated compared to the Lone Tree one but it’s a clean facility with great people.
If I could give no stars I would. My doctor sent my intake forms over in November and I’ve called repeatedly, left voicemails, only to have no one reach out to me about an appointment. Now they have possession of my personal medical …
