Rogers Behavioral Health Reviews ( 120 )

  1. My 17 yo daughter just spent 10 weeks here and this place is amazing. I have nothing but rave reviews for the Adolescent OCD Anxiety Unit. Ignore the bad ones. My daughter literally didn’t want to come home.

  2. My cousin was insulted by staff, mistreated, disrespected, and even threatened. Say he literally tried escaping the facility multiple times. Say this must be fixed.

  3. The nurses belittled me every chance they got, I did not get any better going here if anything I felt worse. This hospital has ruined mental help for me.

  4. They tend to be pretty good, looking back at my experience from when I was 11 they care however that is not immediately obvious when a child rips a phone off the wall and tries to strangle you

  5. While visiting a friend here, I witnessed a nurse making suicide jokes and harassing female nurses in front of patients. When I told my friend about it, she said that was basically par for the course here. Unacceptable behavior.

  6. this made me worse but ok go off. some of the nurses were nice when they weren’t yelling at me to go to the comfort room when i was trying to stop a fight. still want big death

  7. Very effective rehab program. Easy to understand why this hospital is rated one of the best in the country. I seriously believe that this saved my loved ones life.

  8. I was sent to this place last summer and it was supposed to help with my PTSD, but in reality, it only made it worse. Many staff members abused their power and refused to listen to the kids.

  9. this place is is really unprofessional, and unorganized. there were times where staff have sworn at us to do stuff, and gotten mad for no reason. i do not recommend send your child or yourself to the eating disorder recover units here.

  10. I dont remember when i was there but it was along time ago but the staff were so nice! Im sure if i stepped in to see if any of them are still working there idk if they would remember me XD But I just want to let everyone know im doing good! And i highly recomend this place!

  11. When I went there to visit my daughter that was admitted by my ex-wife they treated me like an idiot. I didn’t know where I was supposed to go to visit her. Every staff member looked at me like I was a moron for not knowing where to go or …

  12. This place saved my life 6 years ago. i went to nashotah and it saved my life. It was hard but helped put me on my feet and helped me live a life worth living!

  13. The Nashotah unit was AMAZING . It saved my life and I will forever be greatful and thankful . The staff there cares and loves like your their own children. They care and listen this is the most amazing place . It saves lives!

  14. If I could give less of a star I would. Rodgers had told me in the past they could help my mother with drug addiction/serious mental health issues but when the time came and my mother was ready for help they denied her. After denying us the …

  15. They will not let you “process” after a diagnosis of PTSD. You have to stuff it back down. Patients had to endure belittlement by having black construction paper DUCT TAPED to their bedrooms

  16. I was impatient for 3 months in the adolescent center, out of every hospital stay I’ve had, I’ve found rogers to be most helpful. The staff never gave up on me, and really really pushed me through recovery. If it wasn’t for the amazing …

  17. One of the doctors knowing and repeatedly dead named a patient without remorse. When confronted on the fact said it was exposure therapy when in fact it was just triggering. Clearly the doctors show a lack of care and it is down right unacceptable.

  18. I was there in the adolescent center for residential treatment, it was one of the best experience by far. They changed my life, the staff are amazing and caring and very educated in what they do. It changed my life and here i am 1 year later and just continuing to thrive!

  19. I was at Rogers in 2014 for about 2 weeks. After that I went to out patient for another 2-4 weeks. I was treated for anorexia. I would recommend Rogers strongly for their wonderful eating disorder program.

  20. I did two programs at Rogers and they were both grossly misrepresented to me. I felt like it was a get a head in the bed situation on both accounts. The programming didn’t apply to me either time. Not sure why there was a second time. The only reason for 2 stars is that there are SOME good caring staff

  21. If I give zero stars I would. Daughter was seen here and after 3 months was sent to collections without receiving a single notice. Do your loved ones a favor and seek care elsewhere.

  22. disgusting staff.
it’s a breeding ground for people who want to hurt mentally struggling individuals. so many lawsuits against this place for a reason. do not recommend if you want someone to actually get better.

  23. We’ve worked with a lot of facilities and Rogers Memorial Hospital is simply the best in this part of the nation. They provide care that many health care systems simply do not or will not provide. There specialty programs are second to none nationwide. I clearly would recommend them.

  24. TERRIBLE. I live in the southern United States and the residents and staff discriminated me. I don’t even know what to say at this point. I was at CAC for not even 2 months and they discharged me assuming I was healthy to leave. I do know …

  25. Hugely dissapointed. After a week’s stay, there was no followup treatment planned other than to say here is a packet of providers in the area you can call. Mental illness is not solved in a week. No assessment of what would work well for …

  28. Like many hospitals, all they care about is money. I had a loved one in this hospital for treatment of bipolar disorder and PTSD from a sexual assault. He was doing extremely well but as soon as our insurance refused to pay for inpatient …

  29. The staff, counselor, psychatrist are friendly and pretty realistic. This place can help if you are ready for it but make sure that you are ready or else you will not be moving forward! On the contrary, the problems I am having with insurance and the financial center a whole year later is quite ridiculous.

  30. The staff, aides, nurses, social workers and doctors we’re very kind, caring, compassionate and professional. My psychiatrist was extremely helpful and informative and very patient. I highly recommend Rogers Memorial of Oconomowoc Behavioral Health if you’re struggling with any mental health concerns.

  43. I was really excited to come here in the beginning. I thought that the OCD/Anxiety program would be wonderful. They give you a binder and workbook. No personalized therapy. I would not recommend coming here unless you like doing workbooks that don’t help you at all. What a joke.
