I wish I could have another option! In this place the staff is rude, they treat you badly, they don’t pay attention to you, for them it is doing you a great favor when they receive your payment! Bad place for its bad staff!
These ladies laugh at a woman who’s water is about to get shut off, because their system won’t take a payment. Even after she says I have kids please help me make my payment! Real pieces of work these ladies are!!! Wow
Everytime I go to pay my bill, via over the automated bill pay I’ll put my number in, but then the call just drops. Doesn’t make any sense. Wish it would get fixed!
Every month when I go to pay I have problems with there system. Whether it’s going up to the building, paying online, or over the phone I always have some kind of issue with it.
Unprofessional employees.. Been living here in Rogers and paid my bill, for 3yrs now. When I ask them if I could pay them Friday..just plain “no” They just don’t do good work. Very unprofessional
Idk who I talked to but she was a bit rude. Frankly, she could have had a better attitude in the situation. Answering the phone and sounding annoyed when it’s regarding simple billing questions isn’t ok.
Unlike any other company, you have to pay $25, have two forms of ID, and drive down to the office, just to close an account. I work full time, and moved 30 minutes away. What an inconvenience.
People there just give you the run around. They simple can’t give you correct information. Ladies answering the phones are simply rude. If I could give it a zero star I would.
Came home my water is shot off, no warning, no bill, they are already closed, no support, no customer service! simply disgusting! I gave them one star they don’t deserve it, you have to be able to post.

We mistyped a single payment and it failed yo go through. Bc of this they shut our water off without warning. No one contacted us to fix the payment. No letter email phone,just came home with our child and had no water. Pretty messed up situation.
So we recently built our house. We started ordering inland waste directly. We connected to the city and for a period of 8 months were being charged for trash on our utilities. No one at the office bothered to fix until now. Thanks for taking our money.
Billing is absolutely unstable and inaccurate. They don’t even deserve a star. The actual bill does not even refflect what they messaged me and the email as well. This company is worthless. The lady didnt like when she wouldn’t answer my questions. Worthless!
Asked them about filling a pool they said they would remove the sewer charge for that bill but they didn’t they only removed like $30 when they should have removed $80 I dont use $50 in sewage on my regular bill which was their excuse. I …

I called regarding some issues I was having with the automated system and the person that helped me over the phone was extremely rude, and unprofessional.
Just generally unprofessional and rude individuals that answer the phone. I think I’ve gotten one person who was helpful and kind. Amazed they don’t care about the numerous bad reviews that’ve received indicating this is a continuous problem.
Put on immediate hold when call in, EVERY TIME – more recently it will ring and ring then I’ll get hung-up on. Always having issues with their online payment portal too
I literally just watched truck 203 fill all4 tires with air then pull up and sit there eating breakfast at 10 in the morning. No wonder they have horrible service

They seem to have a very old out dated system. They don’t know where their drivers are, cant provide ETA’s on when service members can come and address your utility needs. They need to put a better process in place for family’s with child …
Who is running this place?? Customer service, payment processing.. EVERY experience is a nightmare when dealing with this organization. It starts from the top with their poorly managed operations and trickles all the way down to the unbearable receptionists who answer the phones.
The ladies at the front ignored me when I was there someone had to the older lady to speak to me. I filled some paperwork then the same older lady picked up a call as I was walking up to her desk and ignored me again. I will try to avoid coming there ever again for the rest of my stay in Rogers, AR.
The lady at the desk was rude the moment she opened her mouth uneducated in the computer system. She double charged me and refused to listen when I showed her. And no one is in the office with the ability to refund my money. If hateful is all they have to work at the desk then maybe they should start replacing people.
terrible office staff, incompetent, and extremely rude, and straight up some of the dumbest people i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. their field hands are decent people though. you can tell the office is run on nepotism and the fact its a monoploy.

Website is conveniently down alot. But clerks at the office are always friendly when paying bills.
The lady in the front desk is unprofessional. She need to be replace from there. This is why you got few stars cause she is not fit to this job.
Pay the bill by phone . They charged the account, overdue our bill , made us pay or they would cut off the utility.
Their tone in voice says it all!

Very attentive and helpful getting our water set up for new construction. Office staff is always friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable.

Customer service lady was condescending and short. As a customer service rep myself, this is unacceptable.
