This company sent me to collections without ever contacting me by mail or phone to advise I owed anything. I thought I was paid in full with the docotor’s office through my co-pay and insurance payment.
They sent me to collections without ever sending a bill. Worse customer service I’ve ever received. The rep kept putting me on hold for 45 minutes. Their phone kept going out of service. They couldn’t understand English. If I could give them less than a 0 I would.
Never sent a bill to my partner yet sent her information to collections.
