Very nice office manager. Not happy with the water co .policies. problems not resolved.
I’d give this company a no-star if it was possible. Worst service ever worse customer service ever company’s a total joke. From Jan 1st to Dec 1st pandemic law’s .
They are good people to have your water through they are really reasonable on their price they will work with you on your payment and will give you extra time to pay your bill so it doesn’t get shut off on you they are wounderful all the way around.
ABSOLUTELY THE RUDEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER MET. They shut our water off for incorrect reasons and made us have no water for over 24 hours ….. The service man was at my house and said he would turn it on but the ladies in the office said …
Completely useless customer service.. Call to pay bill the date as posted on bill. Say if dont pay extra its gonna be disconnected. Not stopping going to send this to channel 6 news
