I have lived in north riverside my garbage man is extremely rude taller guy who parks in front of my garage and won’t move even when I tell him I’m late for work . His response is I have a job to do you have to wait.
I have been living here year in half and this guy have forgot the garbage 4 times he just drives past it’s clear and can be seen it’s so full right now we are using others garbage dumps there no we’re by ours.and also only two people live in my apt that includes me so this been sitting for while.
Tiny garbage cans and even smaller recycling cans. The workers that do the river grove area and horrible. They dont put the garbage cans back where they found them, but instead leave them infront of your garage or in the middle of the alley.
Villa park resident. Last year was great this year is a mess. Cans are thrown all over the place and its as if the policy on what things that can a cannot be picked changed and nobody sent us the memo.
Unbeatable price, dropped my quarterly payment by $100 from the “Other Guys”. Rep was friendly, intelligent and would answer all questions. Great company.
The service is amazingly prompt every week and they always leave the cans upright and out of the way. They are always very friendly and courteous when we interact with them.
I contacted them with an issue and George responded to my email right away. It was after business hours. He took care of me right away. I highly recommend them. Great customer service!
Amazing service!!! My son forgot to put out yard waste and they were so accommodating! We have had their service for more than 10 years and always smiling and polite. I highly recommend them!
Great service. They are very responsive when we have questions relative to the waste management services. We had an issue with someone using our dumpster for their trash and George was quick to address the matter and come up with a solution. Thanks George!
I was glad I called and spoke to George. As an empty-nester I realized I didn’t have the need for those big garbage cans (plus they’re heavy when full). George told me he could help. He offered me the smaller cans at a lower cost! Imagine that! Thanks, George for making my life a little easier!
Great company, I live in La Grange Park, my village gave me a list with 8 companies to choose for my 30 yard dumpster, I called Roy Strom last and I’m glad I did, from the girl answering the phone, to Jim in dispatch to the driver that delivered, they were all pleasant and very helpful, the price was right too.

On July 3rd 2019, they had skipped our pickup. I called the office and the guy that answered the phone, I did not get his name, was very upset with his driver for missing the stop and said that he would be out on July 5th for the pickup. …
I could set my watch as to our multiple pick up times for our 2 dumpster’s trash & recycling . We have a very conscientious ” trash collection engineer ” ( Our association changed services due to rising costs of our previous trash collectors ). Ray Strom is a good choice in Oak Park for condominium associations in my opinion ..

Worst experience ever. I ordered a garbage pickup for Monday (because they couldn’t provide pickup for the Saturday or Sunday). Sunday night I put my garbage outside for pickup on Monday and it was never picked up. I run my business from home and it looks really bad that my garbage is just sitting in the front of my driveway.
