Best service I’ve ever had.
Four weeks of not picking up the recycling.
Better rates than competitors for my area and several times when we’ve forgotten to put our cans at the curb they’ve walked up and grabbed the cans from the opposite end of the driveway where we store them and dumped them for us!

When we landed in Eugene last year, I reached out to the three local trash companies, since they were all similarly priced, and asked why we should choose them. RR is the only company that responded, and since then we have had nothing but fast, excellent service from them. I would recommend them to anyone! Great service!

This morning a gentleman driving the recycling truck, waited at the curb, while I opened my garage door, was wheeling my recycle bin out, he not only take it from me to his truck, but he also took my garbage bin to the street. It was the most incredible customer service that I have seen in many years!
