Horrible customer service. Inaccuracies with billing and water shut offs at random even though account is paid in full. Emergency hotline offers no assistance and doesn’t even know their hours for management office. Nearly 14 hours with no water as a faithful and prompt paying customer.
The literally broke our pipe to our house water claiming it was a leak on our end. When we called they were rude and hung up on us.
