Awful customer service. Currently being charged for trash pickup and their driver doesn’t show up. Representative argued with me, wouldn’t put a manager/owner on the phone, won’t refund money. We were very satisfied with RPE’s septic pumpout services, as well as with resolution of a drain problem. Reasonable cost, and friendly service from both office and field staff.
Just wanted to say as a new customer they should let you know to look at website to see if pick up is going to be late (do to an earlier snow day) by a day. Bring garbage back up to house at my mother’s because it wasn’t picked up and now learn hours later that it will be picked up tomorrow. But now not there to put back out.
RPE is far and beyond the best. They know what they are doing, get the job done, are thorough and their prices are the best. Before knowing of them, we called Roto-Rooter and were charged an alarming sum, the problem arose 2 days later and were told ‘too bad’. RPE stands by their work.

Been a happy customer for 15 years. Without notice, they now won’t take lawn/shrub clippings in bags without a call ahead and there’s now an extra charge, too. Not such a happy customer anymore.

I’ve never once dealt with a polite employee, and they leave nasty notes on your trash bin if you put something in the wrong container. I wish there were more local choices.
