Outrageous in pricing. Behind the times in single service programs. As in it took 4 years to be able to have internet alone without a phone line too. And now it costs the EXACT same as with the bundle. Totally money hungry for what you get it’s not worth it.
Keep on lagging out when I’m the only one using it! Called multiple times for them to fix it too! I wouldn’t waste your money… they say I can’t go any high then I have now cause they don’t have fiber wire in my area till 2020 well its almost 2021….
Absolute garbage company. They charge $80 a month for internet, and then shut it off at midnight 3 nights a week. They know that they are the only provider in the rural area, so they exploit people for money with no service whatsoever. The government should step in and revoke there exclusively.

Compared to other places in the USA you won’t find a better internet service or customer service. I don’t understand the other negative reviews. Probably people that are mad at them when they turn off their service after not paying their bill for months. Internet isn’t free people.
Customer service has been always great, I have the 100 up and down package and download stays between 78-88 upload 40-50. Still good for what I had before and so far in my case all is good.
