With 4 kids we have found ourselves in the ER several times. Never had a bad experience!
This place sucks, they do not care about their patients at all. they just sit there at their desks and talk, no urgency at all that you would expect when you bring someone into an emergency room…
Showed up with my brother having a heart attack the dr come in for 5 minutes left didn’t seem again for another half hour and we waited for hours in the emergency room before deciding to move in hospital that can take care of it
They left a one inch by 3/4 inch piece of glass in my arm after stitches. Wouldn’t go back if my life depended on it. Thanks rushville hospital staff what a joke lmao
I have a broken rib and i was treated very bad by the doctor the admissions lady was graet so was my nurse the doctor didnt even check me when i let him know since my broken rib not only was i in a great deal of pain i was passing blood he did nothing
I love going to Dr Lesar. He always is compassionate and caring. He listens and does what is best.
Been here since 6pm finally seen the doctor at 8 currently 9:41 still waiting on iv that they could’ve started at 630 PM but making sure they get vitals every hour I’m sure they get more money for it every minute we are in this place that’s why it has to take hours
This hospital is a joke. Very unprofessional, judgmental, not thorough. Band aide hospital is all this place is and ever will be untill they start to het better doctors and better equipment. Never have I ever been so disrespected.

Absolutely terrible. I have currently been here for over two hours watching a nurse chill in the chair and have yet to see a doc. But boy have I heard about the patient they hate Rhonda and the little girl with lice. What they like for dinner and how much the fair sucked.

I went to the ER today with a very rare life threatening adrenal crisis. To my surprise, and delight, the staff in the ER knew how to treat this, and gave me the absolute best care possible. They very well may have saved my life today. I am so grateful for them!

They are not willing to work with you much with any bills & having me pay more than half my wages. I told the accountants payable I would have to give my apartment up & sell my car she said ok. unbelievable
Don’t go to the ER or make sure that the physician is actually an employee of rush memorial cause if not they will charge an extra $500 an hour just to see the non employee and the extra $500 is directly to the physician pocket. Horrible hospital horrible town horrible country.
I had to have my first mammogram, and I chose to get it done at Rush Memorial, and I am so glad I did!!! I was very nervous and scared. I had a technician by the name of Felicia, and she was wonderful!! She really was gentle, and she took her time. Keep up the great work! Thank you, for being so tender!!
Would love to know who to speak to about the missed diagnosis of my daughters injury in the ER at this hospital. Found out a week after that they completely missed a major injury to my daughters hand that we went in to fix. Riley hospital looked at it a week later and knew immediately.
My Aunt was rushed to the ER this afternoon and admitted this afternoon . Absolutely everyone I encountered from the arrival until I left for the night were absolutely AMAZING. The staff and the nurses and Dr were amazing!!! She treated with care and dignity. I am so thankful to this wonderful team who took great care of her.
