I went yesterday to the ER for severe back pain. I got in about 30 minutes after first arriving and they did vitals as well have me provide a urine sample. Afterwards, I was placed back into the waiting room: I understand that it is very …
The waiting room was a nightmare, but that was mainly the fault of three loud people, two of whom were vomiting, I think from alcohol abuse. I wish they could put such people in another area, away from the others who are suffering enough …
Had a fantastic experience today at the ER. From the moment I walked in, Sheila at registration was kind, caring, and made me feel like my visit was important. Luckily, I only had to wait about 20-30 minutes before being taken back. From …
Receptionist & nurses were rude. Won’t answer any questions or help you. Got here with only 2 people in waiting room and 2 hours later and a full waiting room I’m still waiting. A man passed out in waiting room and nobody did anything …
Best HOSPITAL IVE EVER BEEN TO SO FAR. No Long Wait. Polite. And They Make Sure The Patients Leave Out Better Than How They Came In
I was there last week and I was taken care of fantastically. Extremely empathetic wonderful staff. Ended up admitted and I have to say I can’t complain it was spotless the care was fenomenal and will recommend it to anyone. I was hesitant due to the reviews but my experience was a polar opposite. Thank you Rush OakPark!
An ENORMOUS debt of gratitude to the ED and surgical staff here- they caught my husband’s awful gallbladder and were able to safely remove it the same day. We were five hours from home, but we couldn’t be happier with the treatment we received at Rush Oak Park.
The worst Hospital ever! I walked in with Covid feeling my all time worst but the hospital didnt do one thing for me, gave one bag of IV fluids an a Tylenol and sent me home. Smh I’m still feeling sick, I’ll go to a mid clinic before I go to Rush Oak Park.
Came in to be monitored while taking a new medication and doctor was submissive. Said if I were to ever have one, come back or call 911. Nurses were nice! These doctors are horrible now
Terrible nurses they don’t come and check on you they don’t make sure your visit is comfortable. They’re rough as hell and not caring. It’s so chaotic in here there is NO structure everyone is all over the place. They had my husband urine …
If you get ER doctor Samantha Berman, run. She is the rudest doctor I ever came across. I had to be scared of her. She started giving me attitude because I mistook her for a nurse. She raised her voice and said, “I’m Dr. Berman.” …
I went to the ER with severe flu symptoms. The wait was not very long since I came early in the morning, it was about 2 hrs. Some of the nurses ran a Covid test and checked my vitals, then I was X-rayed. After the doctor took a look at my …
If I could leave Zero stars I would!! I went into the emergency room. Waited hours to been seen! It was so crowded. People was throwing up everywhere. Which I understand because it’s a ER but the staff was so rude! The two ladies at the …
Unfortunately usually very good and attentive staff. Today’s emergency room staff is rude and crabby. Elder doctor on staff, which is odd. I was not impressed at all, and I felt he was less than pleased with my skin tone. Typically a 5 star.
My brief time at Rush Oak Park ER on 11/1 – 11/2 started off fine, but ended poorly. The triage nurse, CT tech, male nurse (Marco) and male doc (Dr. Moore) were great, but the female doctor and nurses (mainly the nurses) were subpar. Their …
On October 12, 2022 I was advised by my PCP HomeCare physician to go right away to the closest Emergency Room for an extremely High level of malignant hypertension. Started at 206/124 and continued to climb indiscriminately. As I hit the …
I am so dissatisfied with the medical attention here, my husband got rear ended and he was feeling a lot of pain in his head, neck and back. He asked me what hospital should I go to, I said go to Rush on oak park because they have fast …
Unfortunately I or my family have been to emergency 3 times recently (different hospitals) and this is the worst experience ever. The nurse who took my vital and lady who did my xray were great but overall management of this place is …
I had to wait for over 8 hours to be seen. Which, I’m not necessarily complaining about the wait time since it is an emergency room. The nurses and staff were great. But the doctor that I saw was very dismissive of the reason that I came …
I went to the emergency room. There was a woman named Charon, I may have misspelled her name. She just said I can help you here. I said good morning. I then began telling her my doctor’s nurse, which is on staff at Rush, told me to come to …
