Most of my doctors are there. They don’t get back with you when you call or my chart. Takes forever to get appointments. The hospital itself cancels tests and back to waiting forever to get them. Seems like they’re riding on their reputation. But unless changes are made to get quality people the hospital reputation will change.

Billing department is not able to accurately state the charges for medical services. Every charge was different from what they told me it was going to be and on top of that extra charges from outside of rush were placed for services provided at rush itself. I would take my health services anywhere but here.

Billing department is not able to accurately state the charges for medical services. Every charge was different from what they told me it was going to be and on top of that extra charges from outside of rush were placed for services provided at rush itself.
