  8. Most of my doctors are there. They don’t get back with you when you call or my chart. Takes forever to get appointments. The hospital itself cancels tests and back to waiting forever to get them. Seems like they’re riding on their reputation. But unless changes are made to get quality people the hospital reputation will change.

  9. My wife were there for an emergency and she was treated with very good care, and nice nurses service very neat and professionals.
Also the doctors were very nice with her.
Thanks a lot and god bless all who work in this hospital.

  10. Billing department is not able to accurately state the charges for medical services. Every charge was different from what they told me it was going to be and on top of that extra charges from outside of rush were placed for services provided at rush itself. I would take my health services anywhere but here.

  11. Love Rush Hospital ! The Doctor’s and staff never keep you waiting. They are very kind and professional in their fields. I would recommend Rush Hospital for your health needs. Excellent care.
