  8. The radiology department was great through the whole mri process. Kind, professional, prompt. The only complaint I have is the reading of the mri. I ask for a comparison of a previous mri didn’t get it, said none available. I think they send them somewhere else for reading.

  14. My 92 year old Mother was admitted around 11:30 pm. I told the staff that she is a diabetic and was getting shaky because she had not eaten all day. They assured me that they would get her food. They never fed her until her breakfast the next morning. She also never got a bath for the 3 days she was there.

  15. The hospital has done a great remodel since I was there last time 5 years ago and check in is very fast and my procedure was on time and was finished in less time than I expected they have a great staff working for them.

  22. From the time I arrived for my procedure until I left, I was treated with courtesy and kindness by the entire staff. The anesthesiologist went over everything with me. My surgeon, Dr Lacey Swenson, talked with me before and after my procedure and went the extra mile to make me feel taken care of.

  23. My annual checkup isn’t something I particularly look forward to; however, the staff at Russell Medical were very kind and extremely efficient in getting me through it all. Thank you to the staff who made it so easy.

  25. Most of the people in the back are nice and professional, but there are a few that want to be nasty about those stupid thin paper mask. It’s ridiculous to think they prevent COVID or anything else. If you have yours on, then don’t worry about mine!

  27. I was treated very professional by everyone I came in contact with while at RMC. I had a CT scan procedure performed. It took approximately 45 minutes from the time I arrived at RMC, register, have IV placed in arm, and have CT scan performed. I was very pleased with the experience. Highly recommend!
