  1. Delivery service is terrible, and their customer service policy is to put you on hold for hours and never return your calls until you give up on the fact that they damaged your driveway despite clear notes “NOT TO USE CUSTOMER DRIVEWAY”

  5. I like that they are a local, family owned company. In addition to the valuable services provided within the context of their business, they also support causes and events that are important to the community.

  6. Their oil service is o.k. Their customer service is sketchy, their communication stinks. Their service techs are the rudest bunch of jerks I have ever talked to. Do NOT let them in your house!!

This place is one of the worse fuel companies you can deal with, they auto fill you when the prices are at the highest, and when to call you stuck on hold for 30 minutes before anyone answers the call then your but on hold again, I switch to Aaron & Goss and am super happy, switch before it’s winter.
