  1. Tenants moved out and SMUD left the power on
    As the owner I called in to transfer or start service and I’ve got a bill already.

  3. Power goes out randomly once every month or two. It’s starting to feel like I live in a 3rd world country with their horribly managed electrical grid. Pathetic.

I called and spoke with a supervisor during a power outage after a storm and explained to her (can’t remember her name) an elderly person who was ill needed their power and the pole damaged has behind his house.
