SAFE used to be a pretty good credit union. They have really gone downhill in the past several years! We will not do business with them ever again, and we will not recommend them to friends and family.
I was having card problems and all the other safe credit union branches were closed, only this one was open, I had no Choice but to call this place. Found out I needed a new credit card so they sent me a new one. I’m glad they were able to help me when I couldn’t reach out to the ones near me.
It was a great bank for 10+ years, and the branch tellers have always been friendly.
