It’s been a great experience so far, especially since I’ve barely experienced any slowness or downtime. If there ever is a problem with the network, I’m promptly emailed about potential issues, who might be affected, and there will be follow ups until the issue is resolved. That’s great customer service.
Horrible service and fake promisses. Internet is not fast and they keep putting panflets in peoples doors, helping local tugs to know when you are home or not.

The worst service ever. The employees are unprofessional, they don’t showed up for the appointment, and kept missing the next appointment. This company is completely untrustworthy, don’t waste your time with them.
Repeated outages for me. They are better than Comcast for upload speeds, and in the no contract sense, but the number of times their network goes down is amazing.

Extremely good customer service. Only occasional hiccups in the connectivity but no different than when I used Comcast. Price is better than Comcast by a long shot so definitely was worth making the switch.
Internet speeds are great and so is customer service. Let me share a recent event: internet speeds were down to a crawl due to a DoS events which lasted for the entire day. I was kept up to date through the day via emails. I was comforted to read that something was getting done to fix the issue. Kudos to their customer service.
Sail is great! Comcast and AT&T throttled my VOIP phone, and Sail gives me clear, reliable VOIP phone calls. My work VPN is more dependable now, and my upload speeds are incredible.

Great customer service. I switched to sail internet 3-4 months ago. It has been pretty stable. When there is issue, customer response can be expected within an hour. If on-site debug is need, they can book next day appointment. Staffs are polite and handle things professionally. Big thumb for them!
