I was told today after being told I needed surgery for a fractured ankle 5 weeks ago by another clinic (Foot & Ankle Clinic) that I didn’t need surgery after all. The doctor was very helpful and very understanding to what I hoped all along. So glad not to have surgery. Get a second opinion if you don’t agree with the initial one.
Dr. Meirick is a skilled and kind physician. He seems to understand and respect the challenges of patient decision-making, and offers positive regard to my thoughts and questions. I really appreciate him for that.
