They are not people friendly , they have been rude to me. I hate going in there, but it’s convenient. In My opinion /experience. Maybe not all of them, but the 2 @ the desk that help me were.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Very rude, unprofessional, unorganized… I’ve had nothing but issues since I started my account with them. The only reason I stuck around as long as I did was to get my checks on Wednesday’s instead of Friday’s and it was not worth it.
A positive side, the rate I got on my new car loan was 0.99% (3 years ago) the rates have increased since then.

We have been checking and banking here for over 20 years. We have financed 3 cars with them. They are always friendly and helpful. They offere great rates on car loans. We have been very pleased! Highly recommended!
