I have been shocked to the core with the care the truma team puts out. It is abuse. They are heartless no bed side manners no compassion. They need to go into something else rather than caring for people.
This is one of the biggest nightmares I have ever had in an ER. I was there 11 hours before I gave up and left. The first nurse that performed a Covid test on me slammed it up my nose and I grabbed her hand and she screamed at me and told me never to grab her hand. Not an experience I want to repeat.
The wait time multiple occasions is ridiculous. Brought my son from urgent care to get stitches we have been in the waiting room for over 4 hours. Would put 0 stars if possible.
Refused to deliver my baby when she was coming out. Forced her to stay in the birth canal for 15mins just so the doctor could be there. Probably to save themselves some extra paperwork. Disgusting.
