Worst ER ever. Dirty rooms, wait time is is longer than the drive to Mercy Hospital, staff unprofessional, only one Dr. In ER. Nurses stand around chatting and eating popcorn at the nurses station. Over charge insurance and charge for things not even done or given. Don’t waste your time.
The care I received was fine. I’m having an issue reaching billing. I want to pay my bill in full but haven’t received any EOBs or anything. When I call, I’m given a number that has been disconnected. I’ve reached out multiple times.
Excellent experience with the Sr Behavioral Health Unit. Everyone has been so kind and professional in dealing with. Great care has been given to my loved one. Would highly recommend this facility.
