Worst experience ever. I got hit by a car and they didn’t even give me a room I was in a hallway the whole time. The lady who took me to get a CT scan was so rude and inconsiderate. I got in at 11 and didn’t leave until 4 took them 3 hours to give me pain medicine. Avoid this place at all costs.

Next time, i’ll definitely go to Hackensack hospital. Every time I come to this hospital it takes hours for someone to help. After someone helps, it takes almost another hour to get a response back on what the problem was. Sometimes I’m even placed in the hallway while someone with a less serious issue is in a room. Doesn’t look like much has changed since I was a 10 year old girl left in a bed in the children’s ward. Nuns were the nurses back then. Nothing to do but wait for barbaric testing each day. Just took my aunt to the ER and witnessed the best kind of medicine called kindness. Katherine the nurse was gentle and kind to my aunt. She served up more of that medicine to the other patient that was alone and hungry. My aunt’s home and feeling better. I’m better for having witnessed it.
