  7. Debbie isn’t the nicest. She told me that it wasn’t her job to explain my concern to her. If they don’t answer, just go visit them in person. Other than that, my experience with Salem wasn’t bad.

  9. The worst property management, their code of conduct is to be rude and to disregard residents concerns. They don’t have any customer services skills and their priorities are backwards so don’t expect them to respond to your calls, letters or emails.

  10. The people who work in the office are incompetent and rude. I spoke on the phone with three different people and all gave me different information pertaining to terminating my lease. On top of that, as I am speaking the one individual kept cutting me off as I was trying to ask my questions or explain my situations.

  13. This is the worst place to live. Denice and Debbie are very rude. My elderly mother lives here and they hang up on me because I am not on the lease. The garbage is over flowing. This is a slum lord. I am moving her as soon as her lease is up.

  17. My calls are ignored and usually not returned. The office staff is very rude and unhelpful. As far as the property, the walls are paper thin and for sure not up to building code as I can hear full conversations from two stories up. The apartment itself looks nice but things constantly are falling apart and are neglected to be fixed.
